Kris Sumargo Hendardjo. He has more than 25 years experienced as trainer in domestic & overseas in “Soft Skill”major, ie. Stanvac Indonesia (1976) as District Geologist, Arco (1980- 1982) as development geologist, Conoco Indonesia Inc. (1982-1998) as Chief Geoscientist, for 17 years in Conoco Indonesia Inc., he had got training assignment for 2 year in Conoco London, UK (1985-1986) and Working assignment in Conoco Houston, USA (1991-1993). He continued his career in Sperry-Sun as Sales Manager and Halliburton Indonesia as Account Manager. He has been implementing his knowledge and experience through develop companies and actives as trainer/instructor/lecturer in universities and institutions, i.e University of Indonesia, Bogor Agricultural University, Trisakti, Bina Nusantara, UPN-Jogjakarta, Unisma Bekasi. He also trusted as Principle Centered Leadership (PCL) facilitator for all Conoco Indonesia employees. Certified Facilitator of Covey Leadership Center for the 7 Habits Program. In 1996, he obtained “Highest Award for Achievement from Dale Carnegie Institute- for his expertise and skill in motivation teaching. As professional, he also involve as member in AAPG, IAGI, HAGI, HFI, Member of KIKAS (Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry-the US Committee)and SPE member. DESKRIPSI

Maintenance Cost Management

Maintenance Cost Management adalah suatu manajemen pengelolaan biaya maintenance yang mengulas tentang cara bagaimana menurunkan biaya maintenance dari pengeluaran yang tidak perlu, bagaimana mengontrol pengeluaran biaya maintenance, bagaimana improvisasi pengeluaran maintenance serta pada akhirnya bagaimana menyeimbangkan biaya maintenance dengan jumlah produksi yang dihasilkan.

Pelatihan ini sangat cocok sekali bagi perusahaan yang ingin menurunkan biaya maintenance atau ingin mengontrol biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh maintenance atau bahkan yang sudah kerepotan dan frustasi dengan pengeluaran biaya maintenance yang cukup besar dan tidak terduga serta sudah mempengaruhi biaya produksi.

Di dalam training ini akan dibahas tentang “3 Corong Biaya Maintenance”, yaitu Repair Cost, Maintenance Cost dan Improvement Cost. Berdasarkan pengalaman, Repair Cost akan menyedot biaya maintenance sampai dengan 60% dan bahkan ada yang sampai 70%. Padahal Repair Cost adalah biaya yang seharusnya tidak dikeluarkan dalam memanage kegiatan maintenance. Kemudian Maintenance Cost akan mengajarkan kita berapa sebenarnya biaya maintenance yang ideal. Serta terakhir Improvement Cost akan mengajarkan kepada kita teknik teknik melakukan improvisasi biaya maintenance.

Maintenance Cost Manajemen ini telah diaplikasikan di dalam sebuah industri dan sanggup menurunkan Maintenance Cost sampai dengan 121 % dalam waktu satu tahun (Year on Year Comparing).

Maintenance Management

Maintenance Manajemen adalah suatu manajemen perawatan mesin yang mengulas tentang tata cara melakukan kegiatan maintenance mesin-mesin dalam suatu pabrik secara simple, terstruktur dan praktis.

Pelatihan ini sangat cocok sekali bagi seorang teknisi pemula yang berkecimpung dalam kegiatan maintenance atau suatu perusahaan yang mulai concernterhadap perawatan mesin atau bahkan suatu perusahaan yang bingung terhadap apa yang terjadi / apa yang akan dilakukan terhadap mesin-mesin yang merongrong kegiatan produksi. Pelatihan ini juga sangat baik sebagai bahanbenchmarking terhadap implementasi kegiatan maintenance yang telah dijalankan.

Maintenance Manajemen ini telah diaplikasikan di dalam sebuah industri dan sanggup menurunkan break down machine sampai 50%, mengurangi personel maintenance sampai 40%, menjawab permasalahan ketersediaan spare part sampai dengan penurunan biaya maintenance hingga 50%.

Dewasa ini risiko likuiditas menjadi fokus perhatian manajemen. Bank dituntut untuk mengendalikan dan menghitung daya tahan likuiditas berbasis manajemen risiko, salah satunya adalah rasio kecukupan likuiditas atau Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) yang bertujuan untuk mengukur level minimum likuiditas yang harus dikelola sesuai standar internasional. Selain itu, bank diwajibkan untuk memiliki stress test model untuk mengakses kesulitan likuiditas diluar standar minimum yang diterapkan LCR, sesuai yang ditentukan OJK.

Tujuan:
1. Mempersiapkan strategi untuk funding agar bank berada dalam komposisi dan optimum performance.
2. Mengantisipasi potensi dan tekanan cash outflow dengan pendekatan stratejik.
3. Memenuhi regulasi (OJK) dalam kerangka pemenuhan BASEL III, yaitu LCR dan Stress Testing.
4. Meningkatkan daya tahan akibat tekanan risiko likuiditas, baik sebagai dampak ekonomi global maupun regulasi terbaru.

Mr. Bun Sucento is an experienced consultant in the areas of management, business strategy, organizational behavior. He is a Program Director of Magister Manajemen, Bina Nusantara University (UBinus), Jakarta and a full time faculty member of the Graduate Business Schools of specializing in Business Policy, Strategic Management and Marketing Management.

Currently, he serves as a Managing Director of Indonesia Professional Development Center (IPDC) and performs some consulting works in crafting business strategy to some medium to large organization. Previously, he had been working in Arthur Andersen (Global Corporate Finance Practice), Unocal Indonesia Company (Finance Group), Bank Danamon Indonesia (Treasury & International Division) and Bank Danahutama. Mr. Sucento obtained his MBA in Strategic Management from Pittsburg State University (AACSB Accredited), Kansas in 1994 and the following year he also earned his Master of Management in International Management from The University of Dallas,USA.

The office support professional should understand of the entire scope of record management such as alphabetic, numeric, geographic, and subject filing methods, equipment, and supplies. Practical application of record management principles is very important i.e. electronic filing techniques using computer databases, microfilm/micro-records management.
