TREASURY AND CASH FLOW MANAGEMENT

“Kas” merupakan urat nadi dari jalannya perusahaan. Tanpa adanya kecukupan kas, maka perusahaan tidak dapat berkembang. Perusahaan bisa saja menghasilkan profit, tetapi belum tentu memiliki kas. Oleh karenanya pengetahuan dan teknik pengelolaan kas yang efisien sangat diperlukan. “Kunci keberhasilan dalam Cashflow Management terletak pada kemampuan mempengaruhi keputusan-keputusan diluar finance untuk menyeimbangkan Cash In Flow dengan Cash Out-Flow”.
Sedangkan Treasury adalah unit kerja yang sangat spesifik, dengan jumlah yang sangat kecil dibandingkan jumlah karyawan secara keseluruhan, personil Treasury melaksanakan transaksi yang complicated dalam jumlah yang sangat besar. Meskipun bekerja dalam pressure yang tinggi, personil Treasury tidak boleh melakukan kesalahan karena kesalahan yang dilakukan akan memiliki impact yang besar terhadap perusahaan. Dalam pelatihan ini peserta akan diajak untuk dapat meningkatkan knowledge di bidang treasury and cashflow management serta aplikasinya.

DESCRIPTION

Akhir-akhir ini masalah pengelolaan aset badan usaha milik negara (BUMN) banyak mendapat sorotan. Harus diakui, dalam pengelolaan aset BUMN masih banyak ditemui kendala yang sulit diatasi dengan tepat dan cepat. Salah satu kendalanya adalah masih kuatnya budaya korupsi, kolusi dan nepotisme (KKN) yang sangat bertentangan dengan prinsip good corporate governance (GCG). Saat ini GCG telah menjadi isu sentral di masyarakat, termasuk lingkungan BUMN. Konsep GCG merupakan konsep yang telah mendunia dan perannya cenderung meningkat di era globalisasi. Dalam konsep itu, perusahaan-perusahaan dapat menjalin jaringan melewati batas-batas negara dan budaya. Ketentuan yang mengatur pengelolaan BUMN sesuai Pasal 4 SK Menteri BUMN No KEP-117/M-MBU/2002 tanggal 31 Juli 2002 tentang Penerapan GCG pada BUMN, antara lain bertujuan untuk mendorong pengelolaan BUMN secara profesional, transparan dan efisien.
Di sisi lain, dari aspek bisnis pada umumnya perusahaan tidak lepas dari bagaimana menghadapi tantangan bisnis yang ada saat ini yaitu untuk memenangkan persaingan. Ada berbagai upaya yang dilakukan untuk menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat, salah satunya adalah mengefisiensikan aset yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. Salah satu langkah optimalisasi aset tersebut adalah dengan cara penghapusan (penjualan) aset yang tidak lagi memberikan pendapatan secara langsung maupun secara tidak langsung atau sudah tidak mendukung core bisnis. Kondisi ini tentu berbeda pada kasus dimana perusahaan mengalami kesulitan cash management, sehingga tidak dapat melunasi hutang atas pinjaman kepada bank. Untuk menghindari penyitaan asset oleh Bank, biasanya perusahaan memilih untuk menjual asset tersebut dalam rangka pelunasan hutang.

Procurement has changed, from a narrow purchasing role, into a multifaceted role including: Integrating relationships; Design; Buying; Planning; Inbound Logistics; Commercial Administration; Supplier Performance Management; and last but not least, managing the process.
The objectives of a world-class procurement organization move far beyond the traditional belief that procurement’s primary role is to obtain goods and services in response to internal needs.
