Drs Achmad Sablie

Mr. Sablie graduated from University of Indonesia (Universitas Indonesia) majoring in Psychology. He also had attended so many training and courses in England, USA, Singapore and Malaysia. He worked in Human Resource field for more than 25 years.

Mr. Sablie started his career as Training Coordinator in LP3ES in Research Executive in Search Data (now Survey Research Indonesia). Afterward he joined PT. Kutamas Advertising as GA & Personnel Manager and finally became General Manager. After leaving PT. Kutamas Advertising, he worked in PT. Raja Garuda Mas and PT. Semen Cibinong as Personnel Manager/Human Resources Manager. Mr. Sablie also had worked in many company such as Huffco/VICO Indonesia as Personnel Administration Coordinator; Bank Summa as Deputy General Manager Human Reources Divison, and finaly worked in HERO group of Companies as Human Resources Director and worked in Rajawali Citra Televisi Indonesia (RCTI) as Head of Human Resources Division.

He also actively facilitated various seminars in the field of Psychology, Communication Skills, Public Relations, Human Resources Management, Leadership Skills, Customer Behaviors and many more.

Additionally Mr. Sablie worked as Executive Director at Adini Excellencia and Public Relation Director at Parliament Watch Indonesia (ParWI). Curently he also worked as Senior Consultant.

DESKRIPSI

In the future, challenge for Administrator and Secretaries seems to be drastically increased. Work complexity, technology improvement, value systems, and acceleration of global economics will coloring the work dynamics of Administrator and Secretaries. Efficiency becomes focused in any line of job, which will require more skills, full responsibility and high level of productivity. Office daily operations will become the most critical responsibility. Each activity need to be handled with good planning and full efficiency; otherwise can impact for duplication, redundancy, conflict, costly and inefficient, but poor qualities and results. Administrator and Secretaries need to focus on work simplification method, and effort for developing, which will bring maximum result.
