The background of operational, technical, and managerial experiences across functions such as Production, Planning, Training and Development, Loss Control Management (SMK3L) and Productivity Improvement. Active participation in the program APO / NPO (Asian Productivity Organization / National Productivity Organization). Experience in the completion of projects increase productivity, such as Green Productivity (Six Sigma, Lean, 5S, TQM, HSE, and Energy Audit) at national and international levels. Certified Green Productivity (GP) Trainer (from APO_Tokyo), IRCA (International Register of Certificated Auditors) Lead Auditor OHSAS 18001/ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ISO 22000.

Total Quality Management (TQM) is an approach that makes quality management as a significant strategy, a way to actively involve all employees in continuously improving the quality of attainment (Continuous Improvement) and is fully focused on customer satisfaction (Customer Satisfaction).
TQM is an integrated approach by management to focus all functions and levels of the organization qualitys and continuous improvement.
