He continued his career in Sperry-Sun as Sales Manager and Halliburton Indonesia as Account Manager. He has been implementing his knowledge and experience through develop companies and actives as trainer/instructor/lecturer in universities and institutions, i.e University of Indonesia, Bogor Agricultural University, Trisakti, Bina Nusantara, UPN-Jogjakarta, Unisma Bekasi. He also trusted as Principle Centered Leadership (PCL) facilitator for all Conoco Indonesia employees. Certified Facilitator of Covey Leadership Center for the 7 Habits Program. In 1996, he obtained “Highest Award for Achievement from Dale Carnegie Institute” for his expertise and skill in motivation teaching. Dr. Ir. Sudjati Rachmat, DEA graduated from Petroleum Engineering Department of ITB in 1979 and got his Doctorate Degree with honored in 1987 from Ecole Centrale de Lyon I, France . The topic of his thesis is Modelisation Numerique d’Ecoulements Polyphasiques en Milieux Poreux Application au Cas de Calcul des Champs de Pressions et de Saturations dans un Gisement de Petrole.
For the time being, he became a lecturer in Petroleum Engineering Department of ITB. His subjects are Analysis and Numerical Method, Engineering Mathematics, Computer Simulation, Flu id Mechanic, Artificial Intelligence for Petroleum Engineering.
He also gave many courses to the community, such as: basic reservoir engineering and reservoir simulation, basic production engineering, down hole well testing, statistic and numerical method for petroleum engineering, basic log interpretation, etc. He is a member of some profession organization such as: IATMI, SPE/EIME, IMA, HAIAI, FPS-USA, INAGA, and IGA.

This specially designed course will be conducted by *Hilman Ahmad & Associates*, an Independent Consultant in industrial oil and gas, member of the Society of Indonesian Petroleum Engineers, who manage the Professional Industrial Oil & Gas Education Center, and has been practicing production operation & safety and corrosion control engineering in Indonesia for more than twenty-five years. He post-graduated from Tokyo Institute of Technology (sponsored by UNESCO) in 1977. He joined in-field-practice program at Nippon Kokan Steel Company & Research Center Kawasaki, Japan for production facility design & construction and corrosion prevention & control in 1983, and collaborated with Cormon Industrial Research Center Brighton UK for on-line corrosion monitoring development in 2000. He has been delivering training course in production operation, maintenance & safety and corrosion control for personnel from Oil & Gas Company and Petrochemical Industry since 1979. ***

DESKRIPSI

In this special course, the participants will be given the basic tools needed to understand and work with these professionals involved in petroleum exploration, land issues, drilling and production as well as with some of the legal issues. Beginning with a discussion of how oil & gas is formed and then trapped, the course explains how explorationists decide where to look and how they find economic deposits; how the petroleum is extracted, transported and refined and finally reaches the marketplace.
The course describes the organizational structure of a typical energy company, and the duties and responsibilities of the various professions. The tools, machinery and operations of the industry are also described.

An engineer graduated from Industrial Technique, Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) and continued his study in Master in Business Administration. He also widened his knowledge through several trainings abroad. His got his experience in material management, warehousing and transportation management, and management of information system during 15 years working in Direktorat Logistik in Head Office of PT. Telkom. He also is being a lecturer in post-graduate program, majoring logistics management in Pasundan University, Bandung and also in several well-known universities in Bandung, STT Telkom majoring Industrial Technique. He also becomes a lecturer in the Magister management program in Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Bandung (STMB Telkom).
He got the experience to deliver In-company Trainings and/or seminars in a few management institutions in Bandung, Jakarta, Syrabaya and Kuala Lumpur, specializing in logistics management and supply chain. I Nengah Diasta is a lecturer in Mechanical Engineering Department of Bandung Institute of Technology for more than 10 years. His expertise is on the area of fluid mechanics and pumping system. He also gives training program to the public such as Pertamina, PT. Pupuk Kaltim, PT. Telkom and some other PSC companies on this subject. On the practical aspects, Mr. Diasta was project leader in the industries such as PT. Telkom, Containers Terminal of Tanjung Priok, Juanda Airport, and Rekayasa-Sumitomo Power Plant Project at Wayang Windu Geothermal field, Bandung.
Ir. Deddy Nugraha is a dedicated experienced fulltime trainer and technical consultant since 2002. He holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from ITB, Bandung. He has worked nationally in a wide variety of industries including: technology, aerospace, utilities, auditing, mining and institutions thus engaged as a corporate consultant. He also holds certifications for those particular fields from Snecma, France; Engine Support Inc., USA; Danobat, Spain; DNV, Singapore; MTU, Germany and FAA Auditor, USA.

Mr. Nugraha is a member of Indonesian Society for Reliability and was elected as General Sectretay for 2004-2007 period. DESKRIPSI

Pumps and compressors are generally critical machines in any production process, and hence it is vital that maintenance is most effective for these units. This course aims to provide delegates with a comprehensive understanding of how to use a combined predictive and preventive maintenance approach to achieve maximum reliability and greatest understanding of any deterioration that may occur.

Who Should Attend
Engineers, supervisory and technical staff involved in the monitoring, predictive maintenance and diagnostics of pumps and compressors.

Program Objectives
The program assumes familiarity with the design and construction of pumps and compressors. From this starting point it adopts an analytical approach to understanding the failure of all types of pumps and compressors.
From a component-by-component perspective, the program investigates the root causes of failure, and relates these to operating conditions and process parameters. Design, installation, lubrication and wear related failure mechanisms are identified and a detailed understanding of the troubleshooting and diagnostic methods needed to detect and identify these is developed.
The program provides participants with the knowledge needed to be effective in the inspection, monitoring and diagnostics of pumps and compressors, with emphasis placed upon the importance of a combined condition monitoring and strip-down inspection approach to maintenance.

The program is delivered in a combination of lecture style and computer-based training. In addition, a significant amount of time is set aside for small working group activity when addressing case study problems. Extensive use is made of case study material to underline the key aspects of the course and to give the delegates exposure to current best practice.

The impacts of accidents are harm to people, damage to property, loss to process, loss to profit and damage to environment. To prevent a recurrence of the accident, the professional and effective investigation should be conducted. To benefit from a loss producing event, a thorough and timely investigation of the accident is needed. The investigation will provide knowledge of what is really going on in the work place. Some types of accident investigation is a part of almost every safety program. Even when the purpose of the program is properly defined, investigation is often poorly done.

Course Objectives

This course aims  to give participants valuable tools such as accident causes analysis techniques,time proven accident investigation,etc. The real reasons for what has happened is seldom determined and solutions are ineffective. After attending this course, the participants will be able to :

DESKRIPSI :

Pemecahan masalah atau problem solving didefinisikan sebagai suatu proses penghilangan perbedaan atau ketidaksesuaian antara hasil yang diperolah dan hasil yang diinginkan ( Hunsaker , 2005 ) . salah satu bagian pari proses pemecahan masalah adalah pengambilan keputusan ( decision making ) , yang didefinisikan sebagai memilih solusi terbaik dari sejumlah alternative yang tersedia (Hunsaker , 2005 ) . pengambilan keputusan yang tidak tepat , akan mempengaruhi kualiatas dari hasil dari pemecahan masalah yagn dilakukan .

Kemampuan untuk melakukan pemecahan masalah adalah keterampilan yang dibutuhkan oleh hamper semua orang dalam setiap aspek kehidupannya . jarang sekali seseorang tidak menghadapi masalah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari . pekerjaan seorang manager, secara khusus , merupakan pekerjaan yang mengandung unsur pemecahan masalah di dalamnya . bila tidak ada masalah didalam banyak organisasi , mungkin tidak akan muncul kebutuhan untuk mempekerjakan para manager . untuk itulah sulit untuk dapat diterima bila seorang yang tidak memiliki kompetensi untuk menyelesaikan masalah , menjadi seorang manager ( Whetten & Cameron , 2002 ) .

Ungkapan di atas memberikan gambaran yang jelas keda kita semua bahwa sulit untuk menghindari diri kita dari masalah , karena masalah telah menjadi bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dalam kehidupan kita ., baik kehidupan social , maupun kehidupan profesional kita . untuk itulah penguasaan atas metode pemecahan masalah  menjadi sangat penting , agar kita terhindar dari tindakan jump to conclusion , yaitu proses penarikan kesimpulan terhadap suatu masalah tampa melalui proses analisa masalah secara benar , secara didukung oleh bukti- bukti atau informasi yang akurat . ada kecenderungan bahwa orang-orang , termasuk para manager mempunyai kecenderungan alamiah untuk memilih solusi pertama yang masuk akl yang muncul dalam benak mereka ( March & Simon , 1958 ; March 1994 ; koopman , broekhuijsen , & weirdsma , 1998 ) . sayangnya , pilihan pertama yang mereka ambil sering kali bukanlah solusi terbaik . secar tipikal , dalam pemecahan , kebanyakan orang menerapkan solusi yang kurang dapat diterima atau kurang memuaskan , dibanding solusi yang optimal atau ideal ( Whetten & Cameron , 2002 ). Dengan masalah awal .

Sementar disisi lain , permasalahan yang ada pada perusahaan –perusahaan nampak semakin ketat da berat seiring dengan peta persaingan usaha yang sudah tidak ringan lagi , oleh sebab itu , kemahiran karyawan dalam proses pemecahan masalah dan pengambilan keputusan yang tepat menjadi hal yang mutlak dimiliki .

An engineer graduated from Industrial Technique, Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) and continued his study in Master in Business Administration. He also widened his knowledge through several trainings abroad. His got his experience in material management, warehousing and transportation management, and management of information system during 15 years working in Direktorat Logistik in Head Office of PT. Telkom. He also is being a lecturer in post-graduate program, majoring logistics management in Pasundan University, Bandung and also in several well-known universities in Bandung, STT Telkom majoring Industrial Technique. He also becomes a lecturer in the Magister management program in Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Bandung (STMB Telkom).

Ir. Asep Saefulbachri, MBA, MM

An engineer graduated from Industrial Technique, Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) and continued his study in Master in Business Administration. He also widened his knowledge through several trainings abroad. His got his experience in material management, warehousing and transportation management, and management of information system during 15 years working in Direktorat Logistik in Head Office of PT. Telkom. He also is being a lecturer in post-graduate program, majoring logistics management in Pasundan University , Bandung and also in several well-known universities in Bandung , STT Telkom majoring Industrial Technique. He also becomes a lecturer in the Magister management program in Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Bandung (STMB Telkom).

He got the experience to deliver In-company Trainings and/or seminars in a few management institutions in Bandung , Jakarta , Syrabaya and Kuala Lumpur , specializing in logistics management and supply chain. DESKRIPSI :

INSTRUCTOR

Dr. Edwan Kardena is a leading scientist and engineer in the field of microbial process for bioremediation of organic and toxic chemicals, such as petroleum hydrocarbons and halogenated compounds. He obtained his Ph.D. degree from the University College of Wales in Cardiff, United Kingdom in the field of Environmental Microbiology/Biotechnology in 1995. He is currently known as a lecturer in the Department of Environmental Engineering ITB.

Dr. Sri H. Suhardi is an environmental microbiologist and currently known as a researcher at the Inter University Center for Research on Biotechnology. Her major interest is in the use of fungi and biocatalyst for treatment of industrial waste. She has extensively been working with phenolic compounds such as chlorophenol. She got her Ph.D. degree from University of Kent at Canterbury, United Kingdom in 1995.

They have been participating on various courses organized by the government such as BAPPEDAL, PUSARPEDAL, PEMDA, etc.  Both of them are consultant and team mate in doing a lot of training project at multinational companies, such as Chevron Pacific Indonesia, ExxonMobil Oil Indonesia, Vico Indonesia, Total E&P Indonesie, ConocoPhillips Indonesia Limited, Chevron Indonesia Company, PetroChina, Pertamina, Petronas, Freeport, etc.
