INSTRUKTUR

Ir. Asep Saefulbachri, MBA, MM. An engineer graduated from Industrial Technique, Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) and continued his study in Master in Business Administration. He also widened his knowledge through several trainings abroad. His got his experience in material management, warehousing and transportation management, and management of information system during 15 years working in Direktorat Logistik in Head Office of PT. Telkom. He also is being a lecturer in post-graduate program, majoring logistics management in Pasundan University, Bandung and also in several well-known universities in Bandung, STT Telkom majoring Industrial Technique. He also becomes a lecturer in the Magister management program in Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Bandung (STMB Telkom).
He got the experience to deliver In-company Trainings and/or seminars in a few management institutions in Bandung, Jakarta, Syrabaya and Kuala Lumpur, specializing in logistics management and supply chain. Up until now, he also still active as a logistics trainer in some companies, such as Pertamina, Petrochina, PT. badak, PT. Inco Soroako, Telkom, Telkomsel, etc.

CAKUPAN MATERI TRAINING :
1. CODE UNTUK PERHITUNGAN KEKUATAN
a. CODE perhitungan kekuatan: tube, tube-sheet, sambungan tube dengan tube-sheet, shell, head (spherical, hemispherical, dished, ellipsoidal, torispherical, conical, toriconical), sambungan shell dengan head, bracing & staying, ligaments pada drum dan shell, openings, penguat pada shell dan pelat datar, baut-baut pada head.
b. Beban angin, beban gempa, struktur penopang.
c. Proof tests dan bursting test.
2. MATERIAL, PENGELASAN DAN TES TAK MERUSAK (NDT)
a. Material pressure vessel : sifat-sifat material, pengaruh heat-treatment, pengaruh penambahan alloys
b. ASME MATERIALS CODE, jenis jenis material dan pemilihan material. Welding : jenis las, ASME WELDING CODE, prosedur pengelasan, postweld heat treatment, kontrol kualitas, klasifikasi AWS, efisiensi sambungan las, cacat las dan repair.
c. Non Destructive Test : inspeksi welding, pemilihan NDT, visual, radiography (keterbatasan,CODE uji radiography sambungan las), partikel magnetic, cairan penetrant, ultrasonic, eddy current, acoustic emission. Destructive test.
3. OPERASI, KONTROL DAN PERALATAN PENGAMAN
a. Operasi: pertimbangan sifat-sifat proses, prosedur start-up, pengamatan dan shut-down
b. Instrumentasi : CODE untuk instrumentasi, pressure gage, temperature gage, flowmeters, peralatan pengukur level, densitas ( radiation, buoyancy, refractometry, vibration, torque).
c. Kontrol : manual, regulating and control valve, sensor, transmitters, actuators and control, ASME CODE untuk control valve, material katup, pemilihan katup, pemasangan, setting dan test.
d. Safety and safety devices : alarm, interlocks, hard restraints, restraint of chemical reactions, pressure relief valves, pressure safety valve, ASME CODE safety valve, pressure and vacuum relief valve.

Hal ini menyebabkan terjadinya kekacauan,  muncul WIP (work in process) di produksi, meningkatnya permintaan mendadak ke supplier, meningkatnya overtime, keterlambatan pengiriman ke customer yang pada akhirnya menurunkan kepercayaan customer.

Hal ini dapat dicegah dengan melakukan proses sales & operation plan sebagai dasar untuk menyeimbangkan demand & kapasitas.

Program pelatihan ini memberikan konsep, prinsip dan praktek penerapan PPIC dengan contoh kasus menarik, sehingga didapatkan jadwal produksi yang stabil dan tetap dapat memenuhi permintaan customer.

DESKRIPSI

The rapidly increasing worldwide demand for natural gas as an energy source requires expertise in gas engineering technology. Incorporating a balance between theory and application, course emphasis is on training participants for immediate application of acquired techniques to field problems.
Production is defined as the operations involved in bringing well fluids to the surface and preparing the fluids for transport to a refinery via pipelines or trucks. The first step in production is to start the well fluids flowing to the surface (called “well completion”). Well servicing and workover consists of performing routine maintenance operations (such replacing worn or malfunctioning equipment) and performing more extensive repairs, respectively. Well servicing and workover are an intermittent step and necessary to maintain the flow of oil and gas. Next, the fluid must be separated into its components of oil, gas, and water; stored; and treated (for purification), measured, and tested before being transported to the refinery.
This training will provide the principle and yet some practical and theoretical aspect that can be applied on daily work faced by production engineers and supervisor in the oil industry.

Dr. Ir. Sudjati Rachmat, DEA graduated from Petroleum Engineering Department of ITB in 1979 and got his Doctorate Degree with honored in 1987 from Ecole Centrale de Lyon I, France . The topic of his thesis is Modelisation Numerique d’Ecoulements Polyphasiques en Milieux Poreux Application au Cas de Calcul des Champs de Pressions et de Saturations dans un Gisement de Petrole.
For the time being, he became a lecturer in Petroleum Engineering Department of ITB. His subjects are Analysis and Numerical Method, Engineering Mathematics, Computer Simulation, Flu id Mechanic, Artificial Intelligence for Petroleum Engineering.
He also gave many courses to the community, such as: basic reservoir engineering and reservoir simulation, basic production engineering, down hole well testing, statistic and numerical method for petroleum engineering, basic log interpretation, etc. He is a member of some profession organization such as: IATMI, SPE/EIME, IMA, HAIAI, FPS-USA, INAGA, and IGA.

DESKRIPSI

Mesin / peralatan boleh efisien tetapi kalau produk yang dihasilkan banyak yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan kualitas, tetap saja tidak akan mendukung organisasi dalam bersaing. Harus dicari titik optimum dimana mesin tetap efisien, tetapi harus mampu mendukung kebutuhan produksi dalam jumlah dan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. Apa ukuran yang dapat menggambarkan efisiensi mesin sekaligus produktivitas dari mesin tersebut dalam menghasilkan produk yang memenuhi persyaratan kualitas? Didalam konsep TPM ( Total Productive Maintenance ) dikenal istilah “Six Big Lossess- yang menunjukkan pemborosan yang sering terjadi dalam penggunaan mesin untuk produksi, serta “Overall Equipment Efficiency ( OEE )- yang menghubungkan efisiensi mesin serta kemampuannya untuk menghasilkan produk dengan kualitas sesuai dengan yang ditetapkan. Untuk mencapai OEE yang optimum perlu ada sinergi yang saling mendukung antara produksi dan engineering. Apa saja yang harus dilakukan? Apa saja yang harus diperhatikan oleh produksi dan engineering? Apakah semua data yang mendukung peningkatan kinerja produksi dan engineering tersedia? Data apa saja yang minimal harus dimiliki untuk keperluan tersebut? Siapa yang harus memantau dan mengevaluasi? Bagaimana cara menekan Six Big Lossess / meningkatkan OEE?

SASARAN PELATIHAN

Didi Sugandi was graduated as Petroleum Engineer, 40 years (1970-2010) ‘hands-on’ work experience in Oil/Gas/Geothermal Exploration & Production Companies (Stanvac Pendopo South Sumatera, Huffco/Vico East Kalimantan, Karaha Bodas Company/KBC Garut West Java, Sumitomo Corp. Pangalengan West Java, JOB Pertamina-Gulf Jambi) in various departments (Production, HRD, HSE) include 1 (one) month (1983) as Flopetrol Production Well Testing Trainee in Total Indonesie (Offshore Oil/Gas Company) Handil Field East Kalimantan and 6 months (1996) as HSE Consultant at Lasmo Oil PLC Malacca Strait (Offshore Oil/Gas Company) and 7 years (2003-2010) as HSE Consultant/Auditor/Trainer of PT Surveyor Indonesia in Drilling and Completion Dept. PT Caltex/Chevron Pacific Indonesia (CPI) Sumatera Operations Area. He has also 18 years experience (1992-2010) as a Petroleum, HSE, Human Resources & Security Trainer both In-House and Public Trainings.

DESKRIPSI

TRAINING INTRODUCTION / BACKGROUND :
The possible consequences of hazardous situations that may occur on all onshore and offshore production facilities are the same such as : fire or explosion ; land, air and water pollution ; damage to production equipment ; and injury to people or personnel. The goal of a production safety system design is to reduce the risk of the identified hazards to a reasonable level.
The main principles (“Four Principles”) for production safety system design and operation are :
a. Containing hydrocarbons
b. Minimizing the chances of ignition
c. Preventing fire escalation and equipment damage
d. Providing for personnel protection and escape

TRAINING OBJECTIVES AND BENEFITS :

INSTRUKTUR

Ir. Sudiharto, MT, is alumnus from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) department of petroleum engineering. Ir. Sudiharto besides as instructor and researcher at Geothermal Laboratory ITB, he is also being as Production Engineer at LAPI ITB, Production & Reservoir Analist and expert board (Dewan Pakar) at Forum Komunikasi Daerah Penghasil Migas, and joining in Community Development Team Dirjen Migas since 2003.
Some projects have been handled by him such as policy analysis expert on oil and gas subsector, oil and gas production expert, and field economicity such as: projection study investation potency energy and mineral resources, implementation study national energy consumtion, study on field use of Brownfield in Indonesia, inventarization research of old well potential in regency of Muaro Jambi, blueprint arrangement manpower on oil and gas subsector, development operation cost estimation system oil and gas: geological and geophysical stage, study of combustion flare gas at PERTAMINA DOH Jawa Bagian Barat, survey and development of GIS based datas for planning and distribution BBM and transportation gas through pipe, study on planning of Indonesia – Asean pipeline system, etc. Ir.
