This specially designed course will be conducted by DR. IR. Tri Yuswijayanto Zaenuri is an expert in Combustion Engine, Propulsion System and Fluidal Mechanic, who has a career in this engineering field for more than 15 years. He graduated from mechanical engineering, Institut Teknologi Bandung in 1987 and continued his study in Technische Universitaet Clausthal, Clausthal-Zellerfeld , Germany until he got the “Doktor Ingenier” (Dr.Ing) title in Tribology and Kinematics (Reibungstechnik und Maschinenkinetik) on 2000. He is the Head of Combustion Engine and Propulsion System Laboratory in Institut Teknologi Bandung. He is active in projects that arranged by the cooperation with educational institutions, government and private company.

DESKRIPSI

Objective

Preventive and predictive maintenance is a maintenance system which very reliable to prevent some sudden troubles or breakdown that may happened on factory’s tools/equipments. The sudden troubles are very potential things that caused a big loss in production process. The effects of this problem are some failure to achieve production target, the lack of personnel, unprepared spare parts, etc. Preventive and predictive maintenance application system starts from standard arranging, activity planning, realization supervising, and, as the finish line is, evaluating and analyzing the maintenance’s result.

 

Who should attend?

This special course is designed for manager, supervisor, engineer, planer, foreman, and technician. Also, for those who are in operations, engineering and purchasing division and who would like to acquire an understanding of how the quality of the maintenance function affects their function.

Mesin industri memiliki tingkat kritis yang sangat tinggi dalam pemakaiannya di industri. Bagi perawat mesin-mesin industri yang tidak tanggap dan tidak ahli, kerusakan yang kecil pun bisa menjadi sumber frustasi dan mungkin pula dapat menambah parahnya kerusakan. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan tim perawat yang ahli. Teknik perawatan untuk mendeteksi sedini mungkin terhadap gejala kerusakan mesin industri dengan penekanan terhadap biaya dapat diterapkan predictive maintenance. Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Predictive Maintenance.

TUJUAN
Membekali peserta tentang wawasan dan pegetahuan predictive maintenance mesin dan peralatan merupakan strategi perawatan dengan pelaksanaan yang didasarkan kondisi mesin itu sendiri atau berdasarkan kondisi (condition based maintenance) dan monitoring kondisi mesin (machinery condition monitoring) sebagai penentuan kondisi mesin dengan cara memeriksa mesin secara rutin sehingga dapat diketahui keandalan mesin serta keselamatan kerja terjamin.

SASARAN
Setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini, peserta diharapkan mampu:

MATERI
1. Konsep dasar maintenance
Pengertian, tujuan, dan perkembangan perawatan, strategi dan jenis kebijakan maintenance, penggolongan kegiatan maintenance, dan fungsi teknologi dalam perawatan
2. Konsep predictive maintenance
Tujuan dan teknik predictive maintenance, kerusakan dan sumber utama kerusakan, pola kerusakan mesin dan pencegahannya.
3. Teknik monitoring kondisi mesin
Tingkat kritis mesin, metoda monitoring kondisi mesin, metoda analisis kerusakan mesin, pemilihan metoda monitoring.
4. Monitoring minyak pelumas
Prinsip dasar sistem pelumasan, karakteristik minyak pelumas, standar pemakaian minyak pelumas, jenis dan dasar pemilihan minyak pelumas, kontaminan minyak pelumas, efek kontaminan, pemerikasaan minyak pelumas, pengujian viskositas, monitoring kuantifier partikel, pengujian ferografi, pengujian jumlah partikel, pengujian spektrometri, pengetesan angka kebasaan, pengetesan gelembung.
5. Monitroing getaran mesin
Dasar-dasar dan karakteristik getaran, unit pengukuran, parameter getaran, pemilihan parameter pengukuran getaran, alat ukur getaran, titik dan arah pengukuran getaran, batas-batas getaran yang diijinkan, dan interprestasi dan analisis getaran.
6. Monitroing alignment
Ketidaksatusumbuan, jenis-jenis ketidaksatusumbuan, teknik pengukuran misalignment.

FASILITATOR

Dr. Ir. Edy Suwondo is a lecturer at the Aerospace Engineering Department, Institute Technology of Bandung (ITB) and a member of the Aircraft Design, Operation and Maintenance Research Group, ITB. He has been working in the area of maintenance since 1992. His expertise is in Reliability Centered Maintenance, Reliability Control Program, Maintenance Planning and Life Cycle Costing. He has conducted various research in those area at GMF AeroAsia, Royal Dutch Airlines (KLM), Nusantara Turbine and Propulsion (PT NTP) and Indonesian Aerospace Company (IAe). He involves also in various projects in his research group. Mr. Edy Suwondo received his bachelor degree from the Aerospace Engineering ITB and his doctor degree from Aerospace Engineering, Delft University of Technology (TU Delft), The Netherlands. His doctor research was in the applications of Life Cycle Costing in maintenance area.
