Having been working in the Legal Field for more than 10 (ten) years specializiing in Corporate Legal Matters such as Drafting the Contracts and Agreements, Analizing Legal aspects in business, application of the rules and regulation in business, and legal advisory.
Now, legally as having been the Legal Manager of PT. Tunnel Mining Indonesia, a PMA coal mining contractor company, no doubt of having the knowledge of mining rules and regulation especially in coal mining sector.
As the Corporate Secretary in same company making me have a broad knowledge of almost all aspects within the company.
Problems shooting is another task of me whether in relation with the problems between company and third parties or the company and the employees.
The supporting skills which can be considered are I have been an engish teacher for around twenty years and also a translator as well that makes my english very fluent both written and spoken.

DESKRIPSI

Training Description :
Kemampuan bernegosiasi dan memahami kontrak merupakan hal penting yang harus dikuasai setiap pihak yang terlibat dalam proses procurement. Keterbatasan skill team procurement dan komite pembelian saat melakukan negosiasi dan kontrak review dengan Supplier/Kontraktor/Seller membuat proses negosiasi berjalan tidak seimbang.
Oleh karena itu sangatlah penting membekali team procurement dengan metode dan strategi negosiasi serta kemampuan melakukan kontrak review, sehingga perusahaan akan memperoleh produk dan jasa yang diperlukan dengan kondisi the best bid with; best prices, best quality, serta best terms and conditions.
