D. Triasmara In his capacity as Talent Development (previously: Training & Planning ) Head of Bank Chinatrust Indonesia, He is responsible for Learning & development planning – implementation & monitoring for all training related with all employees. He is also responsible for Talent Development initiative & program which is align with corporate & HQ’s strategic objectives. So, in his previous twelve years with the several companies, Dody’s development and training experience in the leadership, service, neuro science (NLP & Hypnotheraphy) & personal development field include working with top and middle management levels, as well as supervisory and frontline levels of his employer to focus their mindset on 3 main areas performance in his employer’s strategic objective. During 3 years of Danamon Leadership Academy (DLA-1,2 & 3) Head of PT. Bank Danamon Tbk, Triasmara is responsible for learning development, assessments and training delivery of Leadership Academy Programme for first line manager, middle management & senior management (mindset, skill & strategic program). He was previously responsible in assisting all units in Bank CIMB Niaga to achieve the Corporate Strategic objective: to become SQ Leader in the Industry & the top five Bank in regional. Prior to joining PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk, he spent 7 years working with Training and Consultant – Service Quality (SQ) Centre Indonesia. Triasmara’s main responsibility was assisting clients in determining the right solution to their training & development, management issues & business processes. He also actively supervised the implementation of training program inclusive preparation report and actively training progress & consultation for clients. During that time he served a number of personal clients and private companies especially in financial industry (banking & insurance), trading company, telecommunication company and consumer product industry.

DESKRIPSI
