He earned a degree in Economics from the University of Gajah Mada Management and Master of Science in Management (MSM) from Arthur D’Little Education Management Institute (ADL-MAY), Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA.
Various seminars, international conferences and trainings inside / outside the country, had attended, among others, ASTD International Conference in Washington DC, Seminar on International Business ADSGM in Singapore, Export Marketing Strategy in Kuala Lumpur, and many more.
Until now he has a lot of acting as a public speaker in various seminars and training of management in many companies such as PT Indosat, Tbk, PT HMSampoerna, Tbk, Bank Indonesia, PT Bank BRI, PT Coca-Cola Amatil, PT Industrial Engineering, PT Ports Indonesia II, Samudera Indonesia Group, Fujitsu Indonesia, PT Makro Indonesia, Kompas Gramedia Group, and many others.
Currently, he became one of the trainers in the CMP that provide training in the field of Financial Management, Strategic Management and Business Communication. In addition, he served as Managing Partner at Management Training & Consulting IMMI, Jakarta.
