Pelatihan ini menjelaskan langkah-langkah dan pemahaman tentang pentingnya perawatan rutin dalam perpipaan, karena pemahaman berdasarkan rincian kualitatif, perhitungan, dan teknik sangat penting dalam mendukung keputusan yang kompeten. Pelatihan ini ditujukan untuk menyoroti metode yang digunakan dalam desain pipa dan juga akan melihat ke dalam prosedur apa yang digunakan untuk memelihara dan merehabilitasi jaringan pipa, concentrating on Sewers. Kursus ini juga akan melihat analisis jaringan pipa dan berbagai fenomena dalam pipa
Program ini dirancang untuk memberikan gambaran yang lengkap dan up-to-date dalam Teknologi Proses Perpipaan. Ini mencakup persyaratan Kode dari desain melalui start-up dari sistem perpipaan baru, serta standar untuk inspeksi dan perbaikan sistem perpipaan yang telah ada, sebagaimana diatur dalam API 570, Piping Inspection Code dan API 579 Fitness for Services. Topik umum dalam pelatihan ini meliputi: Gambaran singkat tentang kode ASME B 31.3, desain tekanan dalam komponen perpipaan, pemilihan flensa, pertimbangan fleksibilitas, material, pengujian dampak, fabrikasi, pemeriksaan dan pengujian. Selanjutnya akan diberikan konsep dan metode untuk menjamin integritas mekanik sistem perpipaan yang ada, yang menyajikan pemahaman menyeluruh tentang bagaimana metodologi API 570 serta API 579 dapat diterapkan untuk menilai integritas struktural komponen perpipaan, dan memutuskan untuk melanjutkan pemakaian. Hal ini juga menunjukkan langkah-langkah perbaikan untuk mitigasi kerusakan dan dengan demikian memperpanjang umur Sistem Perpipaan.
Melalui program pelatihan ini peserta akan mempelajari cakupan kode dan standar, analisis desain, pengelasan dan inspeksi, mekanisme korosi, fitness-untuk-layanan dan analisis kegagalan, dan gambaran seleksi katup dan aplikasi. Hal tersebut adalah fitur dasar teknis pipa dan peraturan desain kode pipa untuk kondisi operasi normal dan occasional loads dan membahas prinsip-prinsip dasar dari material, desain, fabrikasi, pengujian dan korosi, dan efeknya pada integritas sistem. Peserta akan memahami prinsip-prinsip yang akan membantu membangun keseimbangan antara produksi, keamanan biaya, dan integritas perpipaan dan sistem perpipaan.

TUJUAN

  • Peserta akan memperoleh pengetahuan yang mendalam tentang pipa dan spesifikasi material yang tepat.
    • Peserta dapat memahami latar belakang teknis untuk formula desain, dan aplikasi untuk desain sistem perpipaan dan pipa. Kursus ini membahas aturan praktek yang tepat dalam tata letak sistem perpipaan untuk pengoperasian yang handal.
    • Untuk membiasakan peserta dengan konsep utama, dari kode B 31.3, memahami apakah kode ASME B31.3 telah diterapkan dengan benar ataukah belum, dan memberikan kepada peserta langkah-langkah pendekatan dalam penggunaan B 31.3 kode untuk Desain, fabrikasi, inspeksi instalasi, dan pengujian, sehingga persyaratan desain dari Kode ASME B 31.3 dapat didiskusikan dan diterapkan dengan baik.
    • Peserta dapat mencapai tingkat yang lebih tinggi dalam melakukan pemeliharaan yang unggul dalam proses kegiatan industri.
    • Peserta dapat memeriksa dan menerapkan persyaratan pemeliharaan dan pemeriksaan API 570 untuk sistem perpipaan.
    • Peserta dapat memperoleh pemahaman praktis tentang pipa dan pipa modus kegagalan, mekanisme korosi, mulai tahap pengenalan, mengklasifikasikan, sampai pada penyelesaiannya.

DESKRIPSI

Transportasi fluida, baik fluida gas maupun fluida cair, sebagian besar dilakukan dengan menggunakan pipa. Ketika fluida mengalir di dalam pipa, banyak aspek fisis yang harus dicermati agar alirannya lancar. Pipa dan perlatan bantu yang digunakan untuk mengalirkan fluida (perpipaan) harus mampu melayani kebutuhan aliran dan harus sesuai dengan aturan-aturan yang ditetapkan.

Kursus ini, Teknik Perpipaan Dasar, mendiskusikan perpipaan yang digunakan untuk mengalirkan air bersih. Bahasannya mencakup : segala aspek fisis ketika air mengalir di dalam pipa, bahan dan ukuran pipa, peralatan bantu, code and standard, dan lain sebagainya. Selesai mengikuti kursus ini peserta diharapkan mampu memahami cara perancangan, pengoperasian dan pemeliharaan perpipaan untuk air bersih.

DESKRIPSI

Transportasi fluida, baik fluida gas maupun fluida cair, sebagian besar dilakukan dengan menggunakan pipa. Ketika fluida mengalir di dalam pipa, banyak aspek fisis yang harus dicermati agar alirannya lancar. Pipa dan perlatan bantu yang digunakan untuk mengalirkan fluida (perpipaan) harus mampu melayani kebutuhan aliran dan harus sesuai dengan aturan-aturan yang ditetapkan.

Kursus ini, Teknik Perpipaan Lanjut, mendiskusikan perpipaan yang digunakan untuk mengalirkan Minyak dan Gas. INTEGRATED PIPELINE DESIGN, OPERATION DAN MAINTENANCE – Yogyakarta

Pipeline atau perpipaan merupakan salah satu peralatan utama di dalam industri baik industri petrokimia, perminyakan, pertambangan dan lain-lain yang digunakan sebagai salah satu alat transportasi zat cair. Komponen utama perpipaan adalah pomp dan jaringan pipa, sementara komponen-komponen bantu adalah katub-katub dan strainer (block valve, control valve, strainer, foot valve, dll), fiting (elbow, tee, reducer, inducer, dll) dan berbagai alat bantu lain yang diperlukan. Selain komponen utama dan bantu, perpipaan masih dilengkapi dengan beberapa instrumen misalnya instrumen alat ukur.
Unjuk kerja perpipaan mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat signifikan terhadap unjuk kerja proses. Unjuk kerja perpipaan sangat dipengaruhi oleh proses perencanaan (design), cara mengoperasikan (operation) dan perawatan (maintenance). Kursus ini membahas bagaimana cara mendesain, cara pengoperasian dan perawatan perpipaan.

This specially designed course will be conducted by Hilman Ahmad & Associates, an Independent Consultant in industrial oil and gas, member of the Society of Indonesian Petroleum Engineers, who manage the Professional Industrial Oil & Gas Education Center, and has been practicing production operation & safety and corrosion control engineering in Indonesia for more than twenty-five years. He post-graduated from Tokyo Institute of Technology (sponsored by UNESCO) in 1977. He joined in-field-practice program at Nippon Kokan Steel Company & Research Center Kawasaki, Japan for production facility design & construction and corrosion prevention & control in 1983, and collaborated with Cormon Industrial Research Center Brighton UK for on-line corrosion monitoring development in 2000. He has been delivering training course in production operation, maintenance & safety and corrosion control for personnel from Oil & Gas Company and Petrochemical Industry since 1979.

Langkah pertama dalam merancang sebuah sistem pipa adalah untuk mendapatkan sebuah gedung dengan hasil karya yang sempurna dengan mengkombinasikan desain keseluruhan bangunana/gedung dengan sistem pemipaan.
Dalam perusahaan oil & gas, penggunaan pipa merupakan suatu keharusan. Oleh karena itu melakukan design dan kontruksi pemasangan pipa harus dilakukan dengan perencanaan yang matang diantaranya mengetahui betul karakteristik dari bahan pipa sehingga dikemudian hari tidak terjadi sesuatu yang tidak diinginkan. Piping is a system of pipes used to convey fluids (liquids and gases) from one location to another. The process of fluid transportation using pipelines is nearly as human history and transportation systems have always required maintenance to preserve their structural integrity. The operations of a pipeline is a complex system that involves numerous steps and use of technology. Pipeline integrity means that the pipeline and all its related components are running properly. When pipelines are not operating properly, it poses a risk to public safety as well as pipeline company employees and other workers. Pipeline integrity is maintained through proper design and construction, monitoring and inspections and maintenance protocols.
This training is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of applied piping and pipeline technology: design aspects of piping & pipeline system, selection of materials and types of pipes, flanges, valves and fittings, handling of those materials, welding & installation techniques andprocedures, and the operation, inspection and maintenance of piping and pipeline systems. Otherhands also provide understanding pipeline integrity to analyze a degraded condition due to either corrosion or mechanical damage.

OBJECTIVES
• The Participant will gain an in-depth knowledge of pipe and fitting material specifications, fabrication process and influence on mechanical properties of strength and toughness, to help in material selection and failure analysis.
• The participant will understand the technical background to the design equations, and their application to the design of piping systems and pipelines. The course addresses rules of good practice in layout of piping systems for reliable operation.
• The participant will gain a practical understanding of piping and pipeline corrosion mechanisms, how to recognize them, classify them and resolve them.
• The participant will learn risk assessment for piping & pipeline i.e. probability of failure and their consequences if failures occur.
• The participant will be introduced to the latest techniques and research in piping and pipeline integrity to analyze a degraded condition due to either corrosion or mechanical damage.
