Salah satu teknologi yang digunakan dan ada pada alat berat adalah teknologi hidrolik, mengingat fungsi alat berat yang membutuhkan power yang besar. Oleh karenanya, teknologi sistem hidrolik mulai banyak digunakan oleh beberapa produsen alat berat denagn tujuan memepemudah kinerja alat berat dalam penyelesaian tugasnya. Dengan penggunaan teknologi hidrolik, diharapkan tenaga yang dihasilkan alat berat lebih besar, teknologi ini juga dianggap lebih fleksibel dalam penggunaannya.
Agar sistem hidrolik dapat berfugsi dengan optimal, maka diperlukan perawatan yang efektif sesuai dengan prosedur yang ada. Hal ini untuk mencegah kecelakaan yang disebabkan oleh kesalahan kerja teknologi hidrolik. Dengan perawatan yang optimal diharapkan sistem hidrolik dapat mempunyai efisiensi kinerja yang lebih baik dari sistem tenaga listrik dan mendekati sistem tenaga mekanik.

Setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini, peserta diharapkan mampu untuk:

ADVANCED HYDRAULIC

This advanced course is designed for those who have a practical understanding of the applications of hydraulic and want to increase their expertise. The course will provide the details and discussion of fracturing concepts usually accepted or assumed in fracturing applications. The strengths and limitations of various approaches to fracturing treatment design will be covered. Attendees should leave the advanced course with a better understanding of the hydraulic fracturing process and how it relates to post-frac well performance.

 Better understand fracturing fluid mechanics and proppant transport
 More effectively design fracturing treatments through better understanding of factors influencing hydraulic fracturing applications

DESKRIPSI

Peralatan hidrolis dan pneumatis adalah peralatan penghantar daya atau tenaga dengan menggunakan wahana fluida cair (hidrolis) atau gas (pneumatis). Umumnya sistem peralatan hidrolis menggunakan minyak sebagai wahana penghantar daya sedangkan udara digunakan pada sistem pneumatis. Tenaga yang dihasilkan oleh kedua sistem itu dapat digunakan untuk berbagai macam keperluan antara lain untuk mendorong aktuator.
Secara umum sistem hidrolis dan pneumatis terdiri dari pembangkit tekanan (pompa untuk sistem hidrolis atau kompresor untuk sistem pneumatis), perpipaan, katup-katup pengendali (control valve) dan aktuator.

OBJECTIVES
Memberikan pengetahuan dasar dan aplikasi dari sistem hidrolis dan pneumatis sehingga para peserta paham tentang dasar-dasar konstruksi, cara pengoperasioan dan pemeliharaannya.

DESKRIPSI

Hydraulic and pneumatic equipment is the conductor of the equipment or vehicle power using liquid fluid (hydraulic) or gaseous (pneumatic). Hydraulic equipment systems generally use oil as a vehicle for power conductors while air is used in pneumatic systems. Power generated by the two systems can be used for various purposes such as to encourage the actuator. In general, the system consists of hydraulic and pneumatic pressure generator (pump for the hydraulic system or the compressor for pneumatic systems), piping, control valves (control valve) and actuators. This course provides basic knowledge and application of hydraulic and pneumatic systems so that the participants understand the basics of construction, maintenance and operation of the way.
