Bahkan hampir di semua jenis perusahaan sering ditemui adanya penyimpangan yang disebabkan adanya kecurangan pada proses pengadaan barang dan jasa yang menimbulkan kerugian yang cukup signifikan. Fraud yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan, pembelian dan pengadaan barang dan jasa sering kali menjadi sorotan dalam proses audit baik internal maupun eksternal, sebab di bagian ini sering terjadi capital turn over perusahaan yang cukup besar, sehingga, potensi terjadinya fraud cukup besar.

CONTROL VALVE : OPERATION, MAINTENANCE AND TROUBLESHOOTING – Yogyakarta

Elemen kontrol yang paling utama dalam proses kontrol industri adalah control valve. Control valve memanipulasi cairan mengalir, seperti gas, uap, air, atau senyawa kimia, untuk mengimbangi gangguan beban dan menjaga proses regulasi variabel diatur sedekat mungkin dengan set point yang diinginkan. Control valve assembly biasanya terdiri dari badan katup, bagian internal, aktuator untuk memberikan motive power untuk mengoperasikan valve, dan berbagai aksesoris valve tambahan, yang dapat mencakup positioner, transduser, supply pressure regulators, operator manual, snubbers, atau limit switch. Control valve atau perakitan control valve tidak sepenting mengakui bahwa control valve adalah bagian penting dari control loop. Hal ini tidak akurat untuk mengatakan bahwa control valve adalah bagian paling penting dari loop. Control loop adalah sebagai rantai instrumentasi. PNEUMATIC CONVEYING – Yogyakarta

In this course, a review of gas/solids flow fundamentals is presented, including common pneumatic conveying problems, modes of transport in a pipeline, and how scale-model tests can be used to effectively design or evaluate systems that are operating poorly. Conveying line solids feeders are reviewed, as well as a discussion of proven pipeline layout rules and elbow/bend selection criteria.
One of the most important material-handling techniques in the chemical industry , cement Factory, Fertilizer Factories, Flour Mill are the movement of material suspended in a stream of air over horizontal and vertical distances ranging from a few to several hundred feet. Materials ranging from fine powders through 6.35-mm, (d-in) pellets and bulk densities of 16 to more than 3200 kg/m3 (1 to more than 200 lb/ft3) can be handled.

OBJECTIVES:

Understand the advantages of pneumatic conveying systems over mechanical conveying
Understand the characteristics, limitations and fundamental design differences of dilute phase, dense phase and air activated gravity conveying
Understand the design approach and typical specifications of positive pressure, vacuum and combination pull-push dilute phase conveying systems
Understand the factors influencing the performance of pneumatic conveying systems and learn how conveying rates are affected by distances
Understand the terms “saltation” and “choking” as applicable to pneumatic systems
Learn by example – the methodology for selection of prime mover for a dilute phase pneumatic conveying systems
Gain understanding of pneumatic conveying system components such as fans, airlocks, separators, piping and filters
Learn how to estimate pressure drop in dilute phase conveying system

ELECTRICAL INSPECTION

Pemeriksaan Listrik (Electrical Inspection) yang diterapkan di sebuah perusahaan pembangkit merupakan salah satu prosedur untuk menjaga electrical system selalu terantisipasi keamanan dan keselamatannya. Hal ini sangat berkaitan erat dengan pengembangan aspek Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) yang saat ini menjadi point yang sangat penting untuk diperhatikan. Melalui prosedur yang standard dan penggunaan teknik-teknik yang tepat, dan pemeriksaan secara berkala, electrical tools yang ada akan menjadi lebih terjamin kehandalan, keamanan dan keselamatannya, terutama bagi pekerja dan orang-orang di sekitar lingkungan kerja.
Pemeriksaan Listrik sangat penting untuk dilakukan karena electrical system mengandung potensi bahaya yang tinggi bagi keselamatan tenaga kerja maupun aset yang ada, dan juga karena ketersediaan (reliability) sistem yang harus terjamin setiap saat, karena sistem ini berkaitan dengan banyak pihak & menjadi sebuah kepentingan umum yang krusial. Untuk menjaga hal tersebut, sistem manajemen K3 perusahaan pembangkitan harus benar-benar profesional dengan menggunakan acuan sertifikasi nasional maupun standard internasional seperti standard OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration).
Berkaitan hal tersebut, melalui program pelatihan ini peserta akan diberikan materi tentang prosedur-prosedur Electrical Inspection sesuai dengan standard Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3). Teknik-teknik dan teknologi yang terkait dengan Pemeriksaan Listrik Industri juga akan diberikan secara detail secara teknis dan aplikatif. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini, peserta dapat melakukan Pemeriksaan Listrik Industri secara benar dan aman untuk jaminan sistem yang dikelola khususnya sistem kelistrikan perusahaan.

Setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini, diharapkan peserta:

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS IN HAZARDOUS AREA – BANDUNG

This course is designed to provide an understanding of hazardous areas and its recognised working practices. The course will be presented by formal lecturers individual and group exercises and case studies from the candidates’ site. Participants are actively encouraged to discuss issues from their sites in an open group forum and active participation is encouraged throughout the training.
this Course participants will be able to :
1. Identify and quantify the hazardous areas
2. Select appropriate electrical equipment and instruments for those areas
3. Recognise the different methods of protection e.g. Ex d or Ex ia and how they work
4. Install, inspect and maintain the certified equipment

1. Hazardous Area (hazard Potency, Area Classification, Description of Zones, Apparatus Groups and Temperature Classes )
2. Regulation and Specifications (Regulations concerning electrical installations in explosive atmosphere, Definitions, Potentially explosive atmosphere, electrical apparatus in acetylene plants, IEC works)
3. Type of Protection (General, opening apparatus, terminals, cable and conduct entries, Oil immersed equipments, Pressurized apparatus, Flameproof enclosure)
4. Intrinsic safety (General specific constructional requirements, Installation requirements for intrinsically safe circuits, Tests)
5. Planning, installation and operation of electrical systems in potentially explosive atmospheres (Assessment of possible explosion risk, Planning electrical installations for use in potentially explosive atmosphere, Selection of apparatus, Measuring and control equipment, Lighting systems)
